Reiki massage table - one of a range of portable massage tables for sale

A good Reiki massage table is essential for the comfort of your client.

When you are buying a massage table for your Reiki practice, consider the use you will make of your table. Will you do Reiki sharing, or even offer aromatherapy or therapeutic massage on your table? Someone doing massage rarely sits down whereas when you give Reiki you may sit for a while at the head or feet. You need space for your knees under the ends of the table as well as support for the client.

The energetic qualities of metal and wood are different. Wood has a gentler vibration but it may absorb energy which subsequently needs clearing with sage or flower essences. Metal itself is colder but it creates a circuit of energy around the table and then doesn't store the negative energies that may have been released so it doesn't to be cleared in the same way.

How portable is the table you are considering buying? How strong and how tall are you? How often do you plan to move your table? Will it stay in one room in your home dedicated to your practice or will the space be shared as a bedroom, office, dining room or guest room? Think through the options.

There are endless questions that you need to answer and the most important answer will be which table feels right to you. Feel the energy of the table when you make your choice and let your body, or pendulum, or whatever is your preferred indicator, tell you the direction to follow.

Your purchase supports this blog. Thank you. I am grateful.
